Declaration

By submitting this form you agree to the following - Dog(s) will be kept on a lead at all times & fouling cleaned immediately. All participants agree to current Czechoslovakian Vlciak Club UK Constitution & Event Regulations. No dog which displays or has been knowingly exposed to any infectious or contagious disease during 21 days prior to event date or suffering from a visible condition which adversely affects health or welfare is permitted. You agree without reservation that any veterinary procedure which alters natural conformation will be disclosed prior to the event. Any breach of Czechoslovakian Vlciak Club UK Constitution may face disqualification or veto from future breed club events. Any complaint should be submitted to available Committee Member at the end of the day, response will be returned within 14 days. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a Parent or Guardian.
